Welcome to the ETC Remote Support Page! ETC has implemented a remote help capability that allows us to remotely access customer computers for purposes of troubleshooting, training, etc. ETC and the customer have simultaneous access to the customer desktop during a remote help session. Procedures are simple and are detailed in on this Webpage. ETC personnel must be at their office PC to use this capability. Any remote help session must be pre-coordinated with ETC.
